CM Punk knows his time in the ring isnt infiniteand hes not pretending otherwise.
The veteran pro wrestler opened up during a recent WWE vlog and admitted that hes nearing the end of his in-ring career, placing himself alongside names like John Cena and AJ Styles, who are both stepping away from the business.
Reflecting on his own future, Punk said hes unsure how much time he has left but made it clear that hell keep pushing forward until his body says otherwise.
Punk acknowledged that retirement is approaching sooner rather than later and shared why its important to celebrate talent while theyre still around. He emphasized that the wrestling business is constantly evolving, with new faces ready to take over.
I know thats sooner rather than later. Thats why I think its important, for all of us, not just me, to celebrate every wrestler as they retire. Theres a whole new generation of talent coming in to take our place, and in a way, were excited to see that happen.
For now, Punk is still lacing up his boots and showing he can go toe-to-toe with anyone in the locker room. But when the day comes, hell exit with his legacy securea trailblazer who always did things his way.
