Trenesha Biggers, best known to wrestling fans as former TNA Knockout Rhaka Khan, is scheduled to appear in New York City criminal court on Thursday, October 30 at 9:00 AM to answer to a long list of legal charges.

Court records confirm that Biggers has pleaded not guilty to all accusations. Biggers is facing two separate cases. The first includes the following charges:

  • Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree a misdemeanor for unlawfully entering or remaining in a dwelling.
  • Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree for unlawfully entering fenced or secured property.
  • Trespass for unlawfully remaining on premises.

The second case expands her legal troubles even further:

  • Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree for intentional property damage or disabling emergency equipment.
  • Felony Criminal Mischief (Property Damage over $250) which could result in up to four years in prison if convicted.
  • Additional Trespass and Criminal Trespass charges identical to those in the first case.

The court date follows a report from TMZ on July 25, which stated: Tenants reported [Biggers] remained on the premises without permission, in violation of an order of eviction she was previously served. TMZ also noted that there were previous issues with Biggers at that same residence.

Biggers legal troubles come years after her last appearance in a wrestling ring. She was signed by WWE in 2005 after a short run in the Diva Search, trained in Deep South Wrestling, and was later released in 2006. She went on to join TNA Wrestling in 2008, leaving the promotion in 2009. Her final known wrestling appearance was in 2011 for Lucha Libre USA on MTV.

She is currently being represented by a public defender in both cases. With a court hearing just days away, the legal spotlight is back on Trenesha Biggersthis time outside the ring.
