During an appearance on TMZs Inside the Ring, Braun Strowman gave a detailed look at his extreme diet and eating habits while promoting his new food and travel series, Everything on the Menu with Braun Strowman. This was a gig where having a personality and an appetite was all you needed, which was perfect for Braun.
Braun Strowman came from the strongman world, and that called for a calorie-heavy diet. The Monster Among Monsters used to pack on the pounds as he geared up for his next competition.
The discussion started with a look back at WWE backstage catering. Braun Strowman described the buffet setup and admitted the dessert table was hard to ignore. While grilled chicken was usually available, he preferred steak to the point where he would either bring his own or take one from Vince McMahon or Triple H.
After transitioning to WWE, Braun Strowman adjusted his diet. He didnt need to carry the same size anymore, but he still required thousands of calories to maintain his frame.
