WWE fans were shocked to see that the company released Braun Strowman. The Monster Among Monsters has a new show coming out under that WWE moniker, where he eats everything in sight. Looking back, he has to admit that it was a wild ride in WWE.
During an appearance on TMZs Inside the Ring, Braun Strowman addressed his departure from WWE and how he has moved forward in the months since. He had a good run with the company, picking up a few important championships, and mowing over his opponents in the process.
This went down as Braun Strowman was asked about John Cenas farewell tour and who he thought might be Cenas last opponent. Strowman responded by admitting that he has not followed WWE at all since leaving the company in April. That being said, he needed a little break from the company and the entire business.
Braun Strowman explained that he needed space from wrestling and time to focus on new projects, including the production of Everything on the Menu, his new television show where he will do some hardcore eating. While he acknowledged that his WWE exit did not happen the way he wanted, Strowman wants to focus on what the company gave him rather than what it took away.
We will have to see what Braun Strowman is able to do after his last WWE release. Only time will tell if the company brings him back, and they might do just that if his new television show is a massive hit.
