Kairi Sane gave fans a blast from the past on the October 13th edition of WWE Monday Night Raw when she walked out to her old entrance theme, The Next Voyage by CFO$, instead of her more recent Def Rebel track, Voyager. The change instantly caught the attention of the WWE Universe, many of whom have long associated the CFO$ track with her most iconic run in the company.

The moment came just after tensions rose backstage when Asuka berated Kairi for their loss at Crown Jewel, even slapping her across the face before telling her to redeem herself against Rhea Ripley. The emotional moment had Sane nearly in tears before heading to the ring.

The match itself was filled with drama, with both Asuka and IYO SKY nearly getting involved at ringside. Things boiled over when Asuka ended up attacking IYO outside the ring. Inside, Ripley took control late, avoiding Kairis InSane Elbow and connecting with a Razors Edge followed by a running kick for a near fall. Kairi fought back with a vicious corner stomp while Ripley was tied up in the ropes, but ultimately, Rhea countered with a devastating Riptide for the victory after IYO nailed Asuka with a kick.

The chaos didnt end there. After the match, Ripley tried to put Asuka through the announce table. Kairi stepped in with a kendo stick attack from behind, only to be caught and planted with a DDT through the desk by Ripley.
