TNA Wrestlings Bound for Glory included a historic match this year. The Hardys and the Dudleys have battled for decades, but they put things to rest tonight.
TNA Wrestlings Bound For Glory event went down on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts. The night was special, especially one match with two legendary tag teams squaring off one final time.
The TNA and NXT Tag Team Championships were contested in a Tables Match featuring The Hardys, Matt and Jeff Hardy, against Team 3D, Bully Ray and Brother Devon.
This was a historic match, as those two teams knew each other well. This was, however, the last time either team would be getting any table while facing each other.
This match was historic, and Spike Dudley, called Brother Runt in TNA, also made his way out to accompany his brothers. The tables match had fans on their feet from the start, and the contest also received an incredible set of ring introductions.
Team 3d got the upperhand, and they were able to nail a few signature moves. Then Bubba told D-Von to get the tables. Fans chanted for tables in a huge way as they retrieved more than one to set up in the ring. A tabled was also set up at ringside. Then Matt Hardy nailed a Twist of Fate to D-Von on the outside. Hardy went for an elbow drop on the table, but D-Von moved, and Matt broke the table, but since this match was determined by pinfall, the match continued.
D-Von nailed Jeff Hardy with a chair on the outside of the ring, and he climbed up a ladder after placing Jeff on a table. Then Matt Hardy climbed to the top to stop him. Eventually, Jeff Hardy climbed up to the top of the ladder, and he nailed a Swanton Bomb on D-Von Dudley that broke two tables in the process.
In the end, the Hardys put Bubba through a table to win the match. This was a historic contest, and it also saw the Hardys standing tall as TNA and NXT Tag Team Champions.
After the match, both teams hugged among the destroyed tables in the ring. After that, the WWE Hall of Famers, the Dudley Boys as Team 3d, took off their boots and left them in the ring. This was symbolic for their retirement, as they handed them to the Hardys before leaving.
