CM Punk and Seth Rollins are on a collision course once againthis time with the World Heavyweight Championship on the line.

WWE is planning for the two longtime rivals to headline Saturday Nights Main Event on November 1 in what could be one of the biggest matches of the year. The report comes from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, which noted that the match is currently scheduled to serve as the main event of the show. Their feud, which reignited when Punk returned to WWE at Survivor Series 2023, has become one of Raws top storylines. Rollins made it clear from day one that he wasnt happy to see Punk back, and that bad blood has boiled over all year long.

Things hit a new level at Wrestlepalooza in September, when Punk teamed with AJ Lee to defeat Rollins and Becky Lynch in a mixed tag team match. Before that title match can happen, Rollins has to get through Cody Rhodes. The two champions will clash at WWE Crown Jewel on October 11 in a non-title Champion vs. Champion match. While the belts wont be on the line, its another test for Rollins as he heads toward his next title defense.

Meanwhile, Raws main event scene is heating up even further. LA Knight and Jey Uso both confronted CM Punk recently, each demanding a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship. The pressure is building, but all signs point to Punk vs. Rollins being the next chapter in one of WWEs most intense rivalries.
