Paradigm Talent Agency just made its first major move into WWEs developmental systemand theyre going all in.

According to Sports Business Journal, Paradigm has officially signed NXT star and current TNA Knockouts World Champion Kelani Jordan, along with WWE LFG season two winner Shiloh Hill. The move is part of what Paradigm is calling its WWE developmental strategy, which aims to invest early in rising talent and give them the same full-service representation typically reserved for main-roster stars.

Kelani Jordan, real name Lea Mitchell, is a former Michigan State gymnastics standout who quickly transitioned into one of the breakout names in NXT. She made history in 2024 by becoming the first-ever NXT Womens North American Champion, a move viewed internally as a sign WWE was all-in on her future. That belief only grew stronger in 2025 when she shocked the industry by winning the TNA Knockouts World Championship at Victory Road. Now leading Team TNA on national television during NXTs Showdown special on The CW, Jordan has become one of the rare performers navigating two promotions at once. Paradigms Managing Partner Andrew Ruf explained the strategy behind signing her:

Nick LoPiccolo, who leads Paradigms Sports Division, added that both talents are more than just athletes:

Shiloh Hill, whose real name is Thunder Justice Keck, is a former Stanford linebacker with degrees in computer science, psychology, and sustainability. After winning WWEs LFG: Legends & Future Greatswhere he was mentored by The UndertakerHill has developed a massive digital following thanks to his horror-themed storytelling content. His unique mix of dark web lore, found footage, and interactive mystery has racked up over 300 million views in the past month alone, along with nearly 10 million interactions and over 750,000 new followers.

Both Jordan and Hill join Paradigms expanding roster that already includes CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, and Liv Morgan. With the agencys 360-degree model, theyll now have access to long-term brand planning, acting opportunities, and IP development typically reserved for top-tier crossover talent.

Paradigms announcement positions Kelani Jordan and Shiloh Hill as long-term investments. With Jordan scheduled to defend her Knockouts World Title against Indi Hartwell at TNAs Bound For Glory on October 12, and Hill continuing to build momentum in and out of the ring, both are entering the next phase of their careers with serious representation behind them.
