WWE has celebrated a lot of milestone moments over the past year or so. The companys debut on Netflix was massive, and it brought a rousing speech from The Undertaker.
Locker room speeches are famous throughout sports. Some teams hear this kind of words before and after each game. WWE Superstars dont get them as often, but it matters when it happens.
While speaking to the Pat McAfee show, Cody Rhodes was asked if anyone ever gives motivating locker room speeches to rally the troops. That is when The American Nightmare revealed that The Undertaker was the last to do this, but he had a good reason to.
Cody said that other guys will do it more subtle, because they will pull someone aside and say something one-on-one. He credited Paul Heyman and Michael PS Hayes as two people who will do that, as well as Triple H.
WWE has a lot of great leaders backstage in WWE, and there is no shortage of experience. The company has a long history of things to celebrate, and there are a lot of things to look forward to in the future, especially if those backstage pep talks continue.
