Joe Hendry has been showing up on WWE programming more and more, and naturally, fans are asking the big questionhas he officially signed? The speculation hit another level recently after Bobby Roodes comments on NXT strongly suggested that Hendry was now part of WWE. But TNA executive Carlos Silva says not so fast.
During an appearance on the Battleground podcast, Silva directly responded to Roodes remarks and set the record straightat least for now.
Silva admitted he was just as surprised by Roodes choice of words as everyone else. But while he confirmed that Hendry is still a TNA talent, he also made it clear theres an ongoing cooperative relationship with WWE.
Behind the scenes, its believed Hendry is slowly being phased out of TNA storylines, while getting more airtime on WWE television. Sources expect Hendry to become a full-time WWE superstar by early 2026unless something changes drastically.
So for now, Joe Hendry technically remains a TNA name. But based on his current trajectory and TV time, it seems like a matter of when, not if, he crosses over permanently to WWE.
