Carlos Alcaraz showed his best level at the Tokyo ATP 500 today and claimed his 65th win this season, already equaling his personal best with several tournaments still to go until the end of 2025. The young Spanish ace has been almost unstoppable from the spring onwards, having matured from all points of view and having finally understood how to express his brilliant tennis with greater continuity.
Having solved his main weakness, the 22-year-old from Murcia has been able to collect many victories and it is no coincidence that he returned to the top of the ATP rankings by overtaking his main rival Jannik Sinner after the US Open.
The six-time Grand Slam champion who confessed to being going through the best moment of his career has no intention of stopping there and has just reached the semifinals in Japan by demolishing American player Brandon Nakashima in the last match of today.
