He will enter the Shanghai Masters and the Six Kings Slam in Riyadh before the closing stages of the season. Carlos could skip the Paris Masters and recharge batteries ahead of Turin and Bologna.

The Spaniard has been a player to beat this year, lifting two Major titles and three Masters 1000 shields. He holds the advantage over Jannik Sinner in the year-end no. 1 honor, chasing this award for the first time since 2022.

Carlos conquered Rotterdam in February and took charge from April. The 22-year-old has reached eight straight ATP finals, lifting six trophies and leaving everyone behind, including his closest rival.

Carlos celebrated at Roland Garros and the US Open, playing at his highest level in New York and dropping three service games in seven encounters! After taking a rest, the Spaniard led Team Europe at the Laver Cup.

Alcaraz provided seven points for the blue squad, improving his tally to 15 after just two appearances. However, it was not enough to lift the second Laver Cup trophy. The El Palmar native fell to Taylor Fritz before beating Francisco Cerundolo.

He also added four doubles points. Carlos headed to Tokyo, where he leads the ATP 500 draw.
