Ludwig Kaiser has opened up about WWEs push into behind-the-scenes storytelling, admitting that while fans love the transparency, it doesnt sit right with him personally.
Speaking on the Kennt jeder podcast, Kaiser said he comes from an old-school mindset where kayfabe was still sacred, and peeling back the curtain too much kills part of the magic.
He admitted that he tried watching WWEs new Netflix series Unreal but couldnt bring himself to continue.
Kaiser even compared it to spoiling a magicians act, joking about how knowing the trick beforehand takes away the fun.
While Kaiser respects fans who enjoy the behind-the-scenes look, he made it clear that he personally prefers to keep the illusion alive.
Kaisers stance shows that even in todays era of full transparency, there are still stars who value the mystique of wrestling the way it used to be.
