Jey Uso may have been injured during his tag team match at WrestlePalooza, though reports on the situation should be taken as rumor for now.
Wrestling Observers Bryan Alvarez claimed that Uso was placed in concussion protocol after a brutal spot against Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed. Alvarez wrote that Jey split himself open during the match after a steel chair ricocheted.
The match already had chaos thanks to LA Knight being announced as the special guest referee at the last minute. Knights ongoing issues with Jey played out in the ring, and the tension helped fuel the matchs chaotic finish. Breakker speared both Usos through a table, and Reed sealed the victory with a tsunami splash on Jey shortly after the injury occurred.
