As usual, Rafael Nadal will cheer for Team Europe at the eighth edition of the Laver Cup in San Francisco. Rafa sent a message to his teammates and recalled a joke he had with Stefanos Tsitsipas during the 2019 edition.

The Spaniard and the Greek tried to synchronize signal explanations during their clash against Nick Kyrgios and Jack Sock, enjoying lighthearted moments and making the entire team laugh, including Roger Federer.

While Nadal and Tsitsipas are not in San Francisco, Federer is there to celebrate another great weekend of tennis and memorable moments on and off the court alongside the world's best player.

Nadal enjoyed three Laver Cup campaigns. He competed in Prague in 2017 and two years later in Geneva. In the end, we saw him competing in Roger Federer's last match in a career in London three years ago.

Rafa did not feel100% physically after struggling for months. However, he could not reject Roger's invitation, competing alongside his great friend and rival for the last time in official encounters.

Speaking about the match from the video Nadal shared, he and Tsitsipas fought well against Kyrgios and Sock six years ago in Geneva. It was the last match of the second day.

Team World scored a tight 6-4, 3-6, 10-6 victory in an hour and 20 minutes, reducing the overall deficit ahead of the final day. Both teams grabbed two breaks and pushed each other to the limit.

Rafa and Stefanos bounced back with a break in the fourth game of the second set after Kyrgios' smash error. Tsitsipas landed a return winner in the sixth game for a 5-1 advantage.

Nick landed a touchy winner at the net in the tenth point for 6-4 and played well in the next one for 9-4 and five match points. The Aussie landed a service winner at 9-6 to seal the deal for Team World.
