TheSeptember 12, 2025, episode of SmackDown featured Booker T and Vic Joseph as part of the commentary team. Fans have now started wondering if Booker T will appear again on SmackDown and now the WWE Hall of Famer has addressed his future.
While speaking on the Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T talked about his surprise appearance as a commentator on SmackDown alongside Vic Joseph. He said returning to the Norfolk Scope brought back a flood of WCW memories and that the night felt amazing from start to finish.
The two-hour broadcast flew by for him, and while he has often said he doesnt plan to return to full-time main roster commentary, and thinks many fans might not like it, he admitted he had a great time and hopes to do it again in the future.
Quite a few people were happy to see Booker T and Vic Joseph team up on Friday Night SmackDown last week but its clear it was just a one-off. Regardless, well have to see if Booker T does come back on SmackDown in the future, but fans can still get to hear him on NXT every week.
