Vince McMahon is looking to have his latest legal issue thrown out of court.

The 80-year-old former WWE boss is facing charges after a serious car accident in Westport, Connecticut on July 24, and now his legal team is making a move to shut the case down entirely.

McMahon appeared in court on Tuesday, August 26, in Stamford, where he was arraigned on charges of reckless driving and following too closely. But according to his attorney Mark Sherman, a motion has been filed seeking full dismissal of the charges.

The incident has already made headlines thanks to Barbara Doran the other driver involved in the crash who previously posted her account of the collision on Facebook. While her post stirred online reaction, McMahon has kept silent publicly, leaving his lawyer to speak on his behalf.

The legal fallout continues for McMahon, who has been entangled in multiple controversies this year, both civil and criminal. His next court date is scheduled for October 16 for a Disposition Hearing, where the court will determine how to proceed.

Will Vince McMahon be able to put this crash case behind him with a dismissal, or will the court want more accountability before letting it go?

Should Vince Mc Mahons motion be granted, or do you think the case deserves to go to trial? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
