Italian triumph in Holland. Filippo Celli secured his first title on the HotelPlanner Tour, winning The Dutch Futures with a 269 (71 71 62 65, -15) score. Renato Paratore finished eighth with a 276 (69 71 67 69, -8), and Stefano Mazzoli ninth with a 277 (70 73 68 66, -7). With this result, the first two have put a serious stake in one of the 20 'cards' for the 2026 DP World Tour, which will be awarded at the end of the season to the top finishers on the Road To Mallorca (order of merit), while Mazzoli is also in the running. Celli rose from ninth to third place, Paratore maintained his sixth place, and Mazzoli moved from 20th to 17th.

On the par-71 course at The Dutch Golf Club in Spijk, the Netherlands, Celli built his success with a 62 (-9) in the third round, which vaulted him from 44th to first place. In the fourth round, he made a strong start and extended his lead over the first nine holes, then slowed down and was overtaken by Long by a shot, but in the final round he overtook the competition with three birdies on the last four (65 -6, one eagle, six birdies, two bogeys).
"It's hard to describe the emotions. I've been waiting for this moment for a long time," said the Italian, "but I didn't know when it would arrive. However, I was very confident because I was playing well. Last week, I took a break and didn't touch the clubs. I asked my coach to come and check on a couple of things, and everything went well. Now I'm third in the Road to Mallorca, but the road is still long. There are six tournaments left before the Rolex Grand Final, and I'll have to stay very focused. I'll try to be patient and place as high as possible at every opportunity."
Celli, a 24-year-old from Rome, turned pro in September 2022 at the Italian Open after winning the European Amateur Championship in Valencia, Spain, in June, winning the "Silver Medal" as the best amateur at The Open in July, and shortly thereafter leading Italy to their first-ever triumph in the World Amateur Team Championship/Eisenhower Trophy alongside Pietro Bovari and Marco Florioli. This is his 52nd appearance on the circuit, where he has achieved nine top-ten finishes (five this season) with two second-place finishes. He has also competed in 44 events on the DP World Tour. For his performance, Celli received a check for 48,000 out of a 300,000 prize pool and will now have an exemption on the circuit, where he can play without any "card" issues.
Of the other Italians in the field, Aron Zemmer (72 67 70 71) and Lorenzo Scalise (74 69 70 67) finished 29th with a score of 280 (-4), while Marco Florioli and Enrico Di Nitto failed to make the cut, finishing 105th with a score of 147 (+5), Jacopo Vecchi Fossa, 119th with a score of 148 (+6), and Flavio Michetti, 141st with a score of 153 (+11).
