
Keegan Bradley does not stop attracting public attention. The experienced golfer was great again, this time appearing in the third round of the Tour Championship.
Bradley finished the round with a great -7. A total score of -13 was enough to take fourth place. He is currently three shots behind leaders Tommy Fleetwood and Patrick Cantlay.
Some wonder if Keegan Bradley can win this tournament and pave his way to the Ryder Cup. Although he will certainly be a part of that competition as the captain of the American team, a win would probably make it easier for him to choose himself as a player who will appear on Bethpage Black in less than a month.
After a great round, reporters were interested if Bradley could fully focus on everything; to the Ryder Cup, this tournament and the decision he will have to make.
Bradley admitted that he has an extremely difficult task.
"I'm not sure. I caught myself on the range today thinking about something I wanted to tell the team at Bethpage, and it happens to me throughout the round. I see a guy at the leaderboard and I remember who we're thinking of pairing him with, and it's great that they're playing good, or I wish they were a little higher, whatever it is.
It's been a wild year. I'm just trying to tackle what's in front of me, and I think I've done a good job of that.."- he said.
Keegan Bradley and his decisions
The American golfer wants to be great during the day, and to additionally convince the public of his qualities.
Aware that if he celebrates, it will probably further influence his decision to act as the player's captain.
The public is not quite convinced that one of the golfers can perform both roles equally well.
Bradley, on the other hand, is sure that he can be superior both as a player and as a captain. Vice captains would make his work and task even easier.
