Before his WWE departure, Karrion Kross contractual status was a major topic of discussion. As it turns out, Kross has now revealed he wasnt even given much time to consider a new offer in the first place.
While speaking on the Ariel Helwani Show, Karrion Kross said his WWE contract ended the week before, and he didnt get a new offer until Tuesday. When he got the offer, he asked WWE how they decided on the amount and wanted to see the numbers or data behind it.
They wouldnt give him that information and told him he had 24 hours to accept or they would take the offer back. The next day, he asked again for the information, but they still didnt have it. He told them he couldnt decide without knowing the details and wanted to keep talking, but WWE pulled the offer.
Kross explained that he understands how people feel when they leave WWE and that everyones situation is different. He said he isnt trying to speak badly about the company, but that rumors and false stories can hurt his chances of getting work after leaving.
This is because people might be afraid to reach out in case its seen as tampering. Kross said his goal has always been to stay in WWE, and both he and his wife still want to work there. He hasnt walked away from talks and hopes to work out a deal.
Karrion Kross and Scarlett left WWE aftertheir contracts expired on August 10 and he already confirmed their departure was not a work at all. Its a shame WWE didnt give him enough time or information about his new contract offer, so fans feel WWE did him dirty in the end. Regardless, only time will tell whats next in store for Kross and Scarlett.
