This development could suggest that WWE has no immediate creative plans for Theory, he may be sidelined for undisclosed reasons, or he could have even been quietly released from the company.
What makes the situation more frustrating is the complete lack of resolution for the A-Town Down Under tag team. Waller and Theory had teased tension on-screen for months, even prompting live audiences to chant Turn on Grayson! during segments. The angle had built fan interest, with many expecting either a dramatic split or a full babyface turn for Theory something that actually felt earned for once.
Instead, nothing happened. The teases stopped, the team faded away, and Theory vanished from television altogether. While Waller has since been featured in segments with The New Day, Theory was last spotted wrestling on WWE Main Event in July, without any follow-up or acknowledgment on Raw or SmackDown.
