Thunder Rosa was all over AEW programming earlier this monthuntil she suddenly disappeared.
After working three nights in a row between All Elite Wrestling and Ring of Honor, Rosa competed in the Womens Casino Gauntlet at AEW All In: Texas. But since that big event, shes been missing from AEW shows entirely.
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, theres a reason for her absence: Thunder Rosa is currently dealing with an injury. While the specifics arent public yet, Meltzer noted the issue is undisclosed at this time.
This isnt the first setback Rosas faced. She was sidelined for over a year in 2022 due to a severe back injury, only making her return to the ring in December 2023.
AEW hasnt commented officially, but her silence and absence raise questions about how long she might be out this time. Thunder Rosa fans are no strangers to waiting, but this one still stings. Heres hoping her recovery is fast and trouble-free.
