The Vice President of Netflix has made it clear that their current partnership with WWE has exceeded all expectations.

While speaking to Variety, Netflixs Vice President of Sports Gabe Spitzer talked about Netflixs current deal with WWE. He praised the move that brought WWEs Monday Night Raw to the streaming platform in January, saying the aim was to use Netflixs worldwide audience to help boost WWEs reach.

Spitzer said the partnership has gone better than expected. Rather than trying to change WWE, the goal was to support and enhance it through global distribution and strong marketing efforts from both sides. So far, those plans are working well.

Gabe Spitzer also talked about the chance of Netflix getting more WWE content in the future. Right now, WWEs deal with Peacock, where fans in the U.S. can watch live events and old matches, ends in March 2026.

Spitzer didnt confirm anything but said WWE is very valuable and has global appeal. He explained that the partnership is still new, but Netflix is always looking for content that gets people talking around the world. He added that theyll keep talking to different sports companies when their rights come up.

Its clear that WWE and Netflixs current deal has been a huge success and Netflix is clearly happy with how things have been going lately. Therefore, well have to see how their partnership will continue to develop in the coming months.

What do you think about WWEs partnership with Netflix? Would you like to see more WWE programming on the platform in the future? Sound off in the comments.
