TNA Wrestling delivered two big injury updates during Slammiversary 2025, confirming that both Elijah and Trey Miguel are officially sidelined.

Elijah, who tore his triceps during a match on the June 17th episode of WWE NXT, is now recovering from surgery. TNA revealed during the Slammiversary broadcast that his rehab timeline is expected to last six to eight months. The injury occurred during a six-man tag match where Elijah teamed with Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura against AJ Francis, Trick Williams, and Wes Lee. TNA had originally confirmed the injury on the June 21st episode of TNA iMPACT!.

As for Trey Miguel, his Slammiversary status changed at the last minute. Despite initially planning to compete in the tag team Ladder War and undergo surgery afterward, TNA confirmed that Miguel was officially pulled from the match due to a hernia.

In his place, Myron Reed will be stepping in to team with Zachary Wentz as the updated version of The Rascalz. Theres no word yet on how long Trey Miguel will be out. For now, both he and Elijah are on the shelf, and TNA fans will have to wait for updates on their eventual returns.
