TNAs Slammiversary just got realand for the Hardy brothers, it might be now or never.
During the July 17 episode of TNA iMPACT, Matt and Jeff Hardy stepped into the ring to cut a promo that hit way deeper than just hype for their upcoming match. With their shot at the TNA World Tag Team Titles coming up in a four-way ladder match, Jeff delivered a statement that shook fans.
If we dont win the world tag team titles at Slammiversary, maybe its time for the Hardy party to end, Jeff said, looking straight into the camera. Matt followed up with a brutally honest reflection on where they stand today, saying they dont want to be shells of themselves and acknowledged that the business will move on without the Hardys.
Earlier in the promo, the brothers pointed out how theyve been on a cold streak since dropping the TNA tag titles. It wasnt denial or defianceit was acceptance that time might finally be catching up to them.
The Hardys are entering a chaotic four-way ladder match at Slammiversary against First Cla$$ (K.C. Navarro & A.J. Francis), The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz), and the champions, Ryan and Nic Nemeth. And now, the stakes arent just titlestheyre legacy.
