Seth Rollins might be down, but Paul Heyman says dont count out the plan behind it.

The WWE Hall of Famer addressed the chaos surrounding Rollins knee injury during his recent match against LA Knight at WWE Saturday Nights Main Event. Rollins landed awkwardly during a springboard moonsault and immediately rolled to the corner. Referee Jessika Carr, ringside doctor Chris Amann, and Heyman rushed in, halting the match briefly. After a quick conversation, Rollins stood uponly to get dropped by Knights BFT finisher for a surprise loss.

Initial reports said the match finish was changed on the fly due to Rollins getting legitimately hurt. But new theories emerged suggesting the entire thing was pre-planned to give Rollins time off for a pre-existing injury. Now, Paul Heyman has poured fuel on the fire with a cryptic response while speaking to CBS Sport.

But for Heyman, the injury drama might be a calculated move rather than a setback. He says WWE knows exactly how to manipulate the media.

Heyman also turned the conversation toward the future, using the situation to push two names hes closely aligned with: Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed.

Whether Rollins is actually injured or this is just part of WWEs next big angle, Heyman clearly wants the focus to shift toward the next wave of monstersand hes not shy about using the moment to do it.

Do you think WWE is working the fans with this injury angle, or is Seth Rollins really hurt? Please share your thoughts and feedback in the comment section below.
