A new era is here for TNA Wrestling, but one tradition is staying firmly in placethe TNA Hall of Fame.
Despite some past gaps in the ceremony, TNA officials have confirmed that the Hall of Fame will return at this years Bound for Glory event. The ceremony has been a staple of the promotion since 2012, though it skipped a few years due to shifts in leadership and creative direction, including no inductions in 2017 and 2019. That inconsistency is now being addressed directly.
Speaking to Sean Ross Sapp ahead of Slammiversary weekend, TNA President Carlos Silva made it clear that the Hall of Fame isnt going anywhere. He also revealed a major move behind the scenesthe hiring of Executive Producer George Veras, who spent years working with the NFL Hall of Fame, bringing fresh energy and vision to the legacy project.
That said, Bound for Glory will once again serve as the home for the TNA Hall of Fame ceremony, and this year, the company plans to give it more attention than ever before.
TNAs past may be complicated, but it looks like theyre serious about honoring the legends who built the brand. TNA might be under new leadership, but theyre not scrapping the legacy. With Carlos Silva steering the ship and a Hall of Fame vet like George Veras calling plays behind the scenes, this years Bound for Glory could deliver the most legit TNA Hall of Fame moment in years. Its a bold move that says the past still matterseven in a fresh reboot.
