Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul has addressed the rumors about LeBron James future with the Lakers, as speculation of a possible trade continues to dominate NBA headlines.
Paul made it clear where he stands on the matter.
Theres so many voices in todays game and around todays game in media and stuff like that, and everyone has a job to do, Paul said on SiriusXM NBA Radio during Summer League in Las Vegas. For us, let those people do their job, its not for us to rebuttal or try to give clarity on whats said, whats not said. Thats not the focus. The focus is, hey man, enjoy your summer You cant dispel everything someone has to say and youve been around this thing a lot time, theres never been an expectation on anyone like its been on him. But my thing is just continue to find your joy. You cant go out here and try to prove everyone wrong or try to align witth or make sure everyone is right. The critique is gonna be the critique, and this is for all players, by the way. I think everyones journey is a lot different.

The Klutch Sports founder doubled down, adding that he will not spend energy dispelling every rumor in circulation.
The Lakers have clearly shifted their focus toward Luka Doncic as the franchises centerpiece, but James remains under contract after exercising his player option worth fifty-two point six million dollars for the 2025-26 season.
