For the past several weeks, Mercedes Mon had been determined to make Toni Storms life absolutely miserable and it was clear the CEO of AEW had the edge when it came to mind games and it all came to a head at All In: Texas.
Toni Storm and Mercedes Mon started the match with a headlock battle, then took a moment to size each other up. They tested each other out, jockeying for position. At one point, Toni Storm even started smelling Mercedes in the corner, trying to mess with her.
They locked up again on the outside and stood on the apron, keeping things pretty even. Mercedes told Toni to get back in the ring, and when Toni did, she started playing mind games with the CEO of AEW, clearly getting inside Mercedes head.
Toni Storm acted like she was going to dive to the outside but stopped and instead mocked Mercedes Mon by doing her taunt and even shaking her hips at her. Then she hit Mercedes with a hip attack that sent her to the floor. With some help from Luther, Toni threw Mercedes out of the ring again.
Mercedes then hit a Meteora on Luther while he was carrying Toni Storm. After that, she picked up the AEW Womens Title, posed with it, and told everyone it was her title. Toni Storm then used a hip attack and a backbreaker to take back control. She tried to go for another backbreaker, but Mercedes countered into an armbreaker. Storm struggled and did her best to stop it from fully locking in. Storm then catapulted Mercedes throat into the ropes. But right after that, Mercedes hit the Three Amigos suplexes, which got a round of boos from the fans.
Storm countered a frog splash and then delivered a couple of German suplexes to Mercedes, followed by a huge third one that took her down. Storm then hit a massive hip attack in the corner and followed it up with a Storm Zero for a close near fall.
Mercedes then tried to hit a tombstone, but Storm countered it. However, Mercedes quickly reversed again into a big ankle lock, leaving Toni Storm in pain. Storm managed to counter once more, but Mercedes rocked her with a huge punch. The two then traded several hard punches back and forth as the crowd booed and cheered.
Mercedes then hit Toni Storm with a huge Monemaker, but Storm somehow kicked out, leaving Mercedes absolutely shocked and unable to believe what just happened. Storm was bleeding from her nose but she hit a tiger bomb on Mercedes for a two count.
Toni Storm showed her strength by hitting a big slam on Mercedes, but it only got her a two count. Storm then hit the Statement Maker on Mercedes, but Mercedes reached the ropes and countered.
