TNAs Slammiversary event is over a week away and one of the biggest matches will see the TNA Tag Team Titles being defended in a ladder match. However, it appears that Trey Miguel will undergo surgery after the bout.

Trey Miguel took to Twitter and revealed that hell be having hernia surgery after Slammiversary. He said he was given the option but chose to still compete at the event, promising to give it his all because thats what TNA and the fans deserve.

Miguel also mentioned its a minor surgery and hes expected to make a full recovery. Trey thanked everyone for their kind messages and apologized if he missed replying to anyone.

Trey Miguel will team up with Zachary Wentz and square off against the Nemeths, the Hardys and First Class in a four-way ladder match for the TNA Tag Team Titles at Slammiverary next week. Regardless, we wish Miguel all the best and hope he makes a quick recovery after undergoing surgery.
