The Undertaker is one of WWEs most iconic figuresbut stripping down for a photoshoot? That was a hard no, even when his wife Michelle McCool tried everything to convince him otherwise.
On a recent episode of the Six Feet Under podcast, The Undertaker revealed that McCool once urged him to do the ESPN Body Issuean annual spread featuring top athletes posing nude to celebrate their physique and power.
Apparently, McCool had a whole vision for it, and even Charlotte Flair backed her up. She pictured the Deadman covered in tattoos, flexing by the turnbuckle in true Undertaker fashion.
But for The Undertaker, that idea clashed with the mystique of his character. He joked about how fans wouldnt want to see whats under the iconic black attire.
Even after McCool insisted it wouldve been so beautiful, the WWE legend stood his ground.
McCool couldnt help but poke fun at the fact that despite being married to The Phenom, she didnt get her way on this one.
The Undertaker explained that his image is too sacred to risk compromising for a photoshoot.
McCool added some extra context, revealing that nudity itself wasnt the issueit was the platform.
In the end, The Undertaker stayed true to his persona, opting to keep the Deadmans mystique intact rather than showing the world whats beneath the gear.
