Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling is stacking their upcoming Canadian shows with some serious firepower and fans of WWE and TNA are going to recognize a lot of familiar faces.
The promotion just confirmed talent for two major events this summer, and it reads like a reunion of wrestlings biggest names from TV.
The first show, Downtown Showdown, goes down on July 26 in Windsor, Ontario. On the card is MLP Canadian Womens Champion Gisele Shaw, who fans know from her time in TNA. Also appearing are former WWE and TNA stars The Good Brothers Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows along with Ace Austin, Sheldon Jean, and PWA Champions Grail titleholder Rohan Raja.
If that wasnt enough, their September 5 event, Sacred Ground, in Ohsweken, Ontario, brings even more familiar names. Shaw and The Good Brothers will be back, joined by Bishop Dyer, Ace Austin, and former WWE star Shotzi Blackheart. The promotion teased and more, so expect a few surprises to drop before showtime.
Canadian fans will get the rare chance to see these former WWE and TNA talents up close, and judging by the lineup, Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling isnt pulling any punches.
