The former WWE star made a surprise appearance at MLP Resurrection in Montreal on July 5, 2025, where Scott DAmore appointed him as the temporary Director of Authority. The on-screen role is a classic tool in wrestling used to fuel storylines and keep fans hooked.
Of course, Santinos no stranger to this kind of position. Hes already been back in the wrestling spotlight as the Director of Authority for TNA Wrestling, where hes been part of the weekly TV drama for some time. But this latest move with MLP shows the comedy icon and former Intercontinental Champion isnt slowing down anytime soon.
