During her interview with Denise Salcedo, Melo opened up about the raw, physical, and emotional toll of getting her body back in wrestling shape after pregnancy. The AEW star got visibly emotional reflecting on what its been like rebuilding herself, inside and out.
Melo explained that while her body is different, shes learned to appreciate the changes for what they represent.
She also made it clear that bouncing back hasnt been some picture-perfect processits been hard work, mentally and physically, juggling training, motherhood, and the unpredictable demands of a pro wrestling career.
With the womens tag titles still rumored to be sitting on the shelf, Melos ready for the opportunity when it comesbut for now, her biggest win might just be making it through each day as a new mom and pro wrestler.
