John Cena defeated CM Punk at the Night of Champions Premium Live Event in controversial fashion. After his win, fans wondered when he would be back on WWE television, and now his next appearance on WWE programming has been revealed.
If one checks out the WWE website for the July 18th edition of Friday Night SmackDown in San Antonio, Texas, one will find that the Undisputed WWE Champion is currently advertised for the show.
At the time of writing, John Cena isnt scheduled to make any appearances before the July 18th edition of Friday Night SmackDown, so fans can expect him to finally return on WWE television in a couple of weeks.
John Cena beat CM Punk at Night of Champions after Seth Rollins and the rest of his faction interfered in the match, which ultimately helped Cena hit his finisher on the Second City Saint to retain the title.
We will have to wait and see what John Cena has to say during his next appearance on WWE television. Considering the fact that hell be facing Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam in August, its a guarantee they will have a confrontation on SmackDown next month.
