WWE could be gearing up for a brand-new ventureand this one might be coming after hours.
On June 20, 2025, WWE officially filed a trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for something called WWE Late Night. While theres no official confirmation on what the project entails, the filing was made under the Entertainment Services categoryhinting at a new show or digital property in the works.
The legal description attached to the trademark covers a wide range of possibilities, including traditional and online wrestling content, fan events, and blogs:
With WWE already producing a wide range of content across its network partners, YouTube, and social media, a new Late Night format could serve as either a recap-style talk show, fan interaction program, or something completely outside the ring.
Theres no official word from WWE yet on what WWE Late Night will becomebut filing a trademark is usually the first step toward production.
