Jordynne Grace made a major statement on the June 17 episode of NXT by punching her ticket to the upcoming No. 1 contenders match for the NXT Womens Championship. But in an emotional update posted by WWE on June 21, Grace made it clearthis isnt just another opportunity. For her, this is it.
After defeating Lola Vice in a hard-hitting Evolution qualifying match, Grace joined Lash Legend, Jaida Parker, and Izzi Dame in next weeks four-way match. The winner goes on to challenge Jacy Jayne for the NXT Womens Title at WWE Evolution on July 13.
WWE shared post-show footage of Grace standing outside the Performance Center after the match. When asked by Kelly Kincaid how she was feeling heading into the biggest stretch of her NXT career, Grace didnt hold back.
WWE Evolution is set for July 13 at State Farm Arena in Atlanta, part of a loaded WWE weekend that also includes Saturday Nights Main Event. The NXT Womens Title match is expected to be a key part of the card, with Grace now firmly in the mix to get there.
