AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam Mexico started off with Hangman Page cutting a solid promo in Spanish, as he addressed the audience in attendance. As it turns out, CMLL was so impressed with Pages promo that they are begging for dates with him.
While speaking on Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez talked about Hangman Pages promo in Spanish. He noted that Pages Spanish skills impressed CMLL so much that they are begging for dates with him, adding that CMLL badly wants Hangman.
During his promo on AEW Dynamite, Hangman Page thanked the fans in attendance for their support before he turned his attention towards Jon Moxley, vowing to beat up the Purveyor of Violence.
We will have to wait and see whether Hangman Page will end up working in CMLL for a select few dates as part of their partnership with AEW. Considering just how much of a success Grand Slam Mexico was, fans feel Page will do well there.
