The June 16 episode of Monday Night Raw saw Asuka make her in-ring return after over a year. As part of her entrance, she debuted a brand-new mask, and now the creator of the mask has been revealed.
Jason Baker took to Twitter and uploaded a video of Asuka with her new gray demon mask, as he revealed that he and Brian McGuire created the mask, saying, New mask for @WWEAsuka . Created by me & Brian McGuire.
The Empress of Tomorrow made her in-ring return after 13 months as she competed in the Queen of the Ring tournament, facing off against Ivy Nile, Raquel Rodriguez and Stephanie Vaquer.
The final moments of the match saw Rhea Ripley getting involved by attacking Raquel Rodriguez, leaving Asuka to hit an Empress Impact on Rodriguez to win. Therefore, Asuka advanced to the semi-finals of the tournament, and fans couldnt be happier.
We will have to wait and see whether the Empress of Tomorrow will end up winning the Queen of the Ring tournament and finally get a chance to go after a World Title again. After all, fans feel that if anyone deserves it, its Asuka.
