WWE announcer Mike Rome is asking for prayers after sharing devastating news about his mothers health.
The longtime WWE personality took to his Instagram Stories with a raw, emotional message, revealing that his mother is currently in a coma. Rome, whos known for his work across WWEs brands including RAW, SmackDown, and NXT, admitted the relationship with his mom hasnt always been simplebut the love is still there.
Rome didnt give details about what led to her condition, but he was direct about how serious things are.
Rome has been with WWE since 2016 and has worked across NXT, RAW, and SmackDown. While mostly seen announcing matches, he once made headlines in 2019 when he won the 24/7 Championship from Samir Singhjust seconds after Singh had beaten R-Truth.
