Kurt Angle has had some legendary WWE momentsbut according to him, one angle from 2005 still haunts him.
During a conversation with Inside the Ropes, the Olympic gold medalist didnt hesitate when asked about the worst storyline of his career. His answer? The infamous feud with Booker T that saw him stalk Sharmell on live television.
Angle revealed the idea came straight from Vince McMahon, and the backstory behind it only made things worse.
Angle said the entire angle made him deeply uncomfortableespecially given his respect for Sharmell and Booker T.
The storyline, which aired in 2005, has long been viewed as one of WWEs more questionable creative decisionsbut hearing Angle admit how deeply it affected him gives it a whole new layer of meaning.
