The June 5, 2025 episode of TNA iMPACT! ended with a disturbing scene involving Eric Youngand now, the identity of the fan he assaulted has been confirmed.
After losing to Moose in an X-Division Championship match, Eric Young completely unraveled. As he made his way around ringside post-match, Young approached a man seated in the front row. At first, he turned his back to the fanbut then quickly spun around, struck him, yanked him over the barricade, and began stomping him out in front of a stunned audience.
Viewers were left wondering if the attack was real, but Ringside News confirmed that the man assaulted by Young was independent wrestler Daddy Davis, planted in the crowd for the segment.
Theres no word yet on where this angle is headed, but Eric Youngs unhinged behavior and brutal post-match attack clearly signal that something deeper is boiling under the surface.
