Sadiq Khan is putting WWE on noticehe wants WrestleMania in London, and hes not shy about calling out Triple H to make it happen.

During the Opening Remarks Welcome to SXSW London panel on June 2, 2025, Khan made a direct appeal to WWE Chief Content Officer Paul Triple H Levesque while speaking with CNBCs Tania Bryer. The London mayor made it clear that he believes the companys biggest show of the year is destined for moreand the next logical step is across the Atlantic.

Khan previously met with Triple H and WWE President Nick Khan in 2024 to pitch the idea, and his enthusiasm clearly hasnt cooled.

Speaking to the live crowd, Khan looked straight into the camera and said:

He went on to pitch an all-out spectacle, not just a one-night affair.

Khan believes the show has even more potential left untapped.

WrestleMania 42 was originally announced for New Orleans, but WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H recently confirmed that the city will no longer host the 2026 event. With the location now uncertain, Khans public plea may come at just the right time.

Sadiq Khan is playing hardball to bring WrestleMania to Londonand with WWEs global reach bigger than ever, the ball may now be in Triple Hs court.
