AEW brought a giant broadcast for Fyter Fest on the June 4 Dynamite. The Hurt Syndicate was on hand, and things were very heated.
The Hurt Syndicate took the microphone at the top of the second hour. Naturally, they had a lot to talk about.
Dynamite took place in Denver this week, which is Bobby Lashleys home city. The All Mighty received some chants when they started their segment, and so did Shelton Benjamin. However, MJF didnt get the same love.
Lashley was able to get booed in his home city by giving the Denver fans the thumbs down, because he lives in Texas now. MVP then proceeded to put his stable over as people who could beat anyone out of any company.
MJF took the microphone next, where he spoke about how he wants to be a World Champion once again. That means he needs to wrestle more. Then he pointed out how Mistico is top dog in CMLL, as he threw shade at the luchador.
After plugging Happy Gilmore 2. MJF said that Mistico is the big fish in a small, stinky pond. MJF then said that he will be watching Misticos match on AEW Dynamite next week, and maybe, he will let him wrestle him at AEW Grand Slam Mexico on June 18.
MJF finally got the thumbs up he neededfrom the Hurt Syndicate, and he joined their faction. They also made things official with a contract signing. Now things are getting very interesting, and MJF is still getting heat.
We will have to see what is next for the Hurt Syndicate. At this rate, they are certainly gaining some serious steam.
