Ric Flair has been under fire for his distasteful tweets towards Jim Ross and he recently tried to curb the backlash by showing how important Ross is to him. However, it appears that it has backfired in a big way, as many fans have called him out again.
The Nature Boy took to Twitter and stated that Jim Ross belongs on his Mount Everest following the backlash he got for his comments about Jim Ross, as he said:
One fan took to Twitter and just told Ric Flair to stop drinking and tweeting, as he said, Dont drink and tweet. Another fan made it clear that it was too little too late for Flair, saying, Its too late Ric.
Another fan stated that Flair deserves a Hulk Hogan reaction the next time he appears at a live event, saying, You deserve a Hogan reaction the next time you appear at a live event. Yet another fan pointed out the fact that Ric Flair was drinking, as he said, Ric hit the sauce again, you guys.
It didnt stop there was another fan stated that Ric Flairs tweet was him trying to do damage control, saying, Damage control tweet. Another fan spoke out about Ric Flairs comments, saying people are missing the point. They called what he said disgusting and pointed out that he still hasnt apologized. The fan added that its not hard to understand why people are upset, saying, The point is completely being missed it was a disgusting comment and theres been no apology whats so difficult to understand???
Lots of people were really angry at Ric Flair as another fan stated that Ric Flair was always a fraud wrestler, saying, You were always a fraud wrestler. Yet another fan took to Twitter and stated that Ric Flair is a horrible human being and he no longer has respect for him, saying, used to have a lot of respect for you ric but you really are a horrible human being and a piece of s***
This all started after Ric Flairaccused Jim Ross of being an attention seeker and many fans felt it was an awful comment to make considering Ross current health. Flairdefended them as harmless fun, and that just made them even madder.
Fans clearly expected better from Ric Flair, especially in how he addressed a friend and colleague like Jim Ross. Unless Flair delivers a sincere apology, the criticism is unlikely to die down anytime soon.
