According to Fightful Select, multiple top indie companies have expressed interest in booking Ron Killings following WWEs decision not to renew his contract. While its still unclear when his deal officially ends, the wrestling world is already keeping close tabs on his availability.
One unique twist to this story? Truth may own the rights to his entrance theme. The song, which he self-produced and previously used during his TNA run, could follow him into his post-WWE careersomething most former Superstars cant say.
Outside of WWE, he competed as Ron The Truth Killings and held championships in both TNA and NWA, making him a proven draw beyond the WWE machine.
Backstage reaction to his release has been overwhelmingly negative. One top talent reportedly called it: Total nonsense and Everyone seemed confused by the newsincluding Truth himself.
With fan support, strong merch numbers, and universal respect from his peers, its no surprise that indie promotions are already circling.
