During the May 26 episode of WWE RAW, Morgan faced Kairi Sane in a hard-hitting singles match that ended with a surprise roll-up loss. But what had the internet buzzing just as much as the finish was Morgans striking red latex outfit. As many fans quickly pointed out, the look bore a strong resemblance to an iconic red leather corset ensemble previously worn by Rodrigo during a high-profile appearance.
The resemblance wasnt just a coincidence. In an update, its been confirmed that Morgans ring gear for RAW was in fact inspired by Rodrigos now-famous outfit. From the deep red vinyl texture to the corset-style front and strategic cutouts, Morgan clearly brought her inner pop star to the squared circleeven if the result didnt go her way.
Inside the ring, Morgan put up a serious fight against Sane, nailing a Codebreaker off the middle rope and nearly finishing the bout with her Oblivion finisher. But a timely distraction by Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez at ringside gave Sane the opening she needed. Sane dodged the Oblivion and rolled Morgan up for the win, handing the returning star a frustrating loss.
After the match, Morgan shot a furious glare at Rodriguez and Perez as they tried to explain the interference gone wrong. But fans at home were still fixated on Morgans Rodrigo-inspired gear, with screenshots of both womens outfits quickly going viral.
Liv may have lost the match, but she definitely won the style moment.
