Mick Foley is setting the record straight. The WWE Hall of Famer addressed a rumor thats been floating around online claiming he makes $2.88 million per year as part of a WWE ambassador contract. According to Foley, not only is that number falsehes not even an ambassador.
Speaking during an interview on Casual Conversations with The Classic, Foley made it clear that while he still has a strong working relationship with WWE, the idea that hes collecting millions is way off base.
He added that when he did have a formal ambassador role with WWE, the number wasnt even close.
Foley also questioned why anyone would believe hes pulling in that kind of money while still spending most of the year on the road doing live shows, stand-up, and appearances.
He didnt throw shade at anyone who does get that kind of paydayif such a person existsbut made it clear hes not that guy.
Foley said his current Legends deal is better than ever, but that doesnt make him an official WWE ambassadorand certainly not one with a seven-figure paycheck.
He finished by adding that regardless of titles or contracts, his connection to WWE is part of who he is.
So while Foley continues to represent the brand through appearances and nostalgia, dont believe the clickbaithes not living the ambassador life fans imagined.
