During an interview with Yahoo! Sports Cameron Hawkins for Uncrowned, the AEW star got real about body image, online criticism, and why performancenot appearanceis what really counts in wrestling.
Hayter shut down the idea that every wrestler should be chasing a shredded look, and said shes proud of how she trainsand how she looks.
That strength-focused mentality, she explained, is what makes wrestling beautifulit welcomes everyone.
Hayter knows people will always have something to say about how wrestlers lookbut shes not letting it get to her.
Her stance on authenticity has also fueled her updated look since returning at AEW All In last August. While some fans online compared her new style to Becky Lynchdubbing her Temu Becky LynchHayter has stayed focused on expressing her true self.
