Alexa Bliss is reportedly gearing up to hit the road with WWE again, sparking speculation that her in-ring return could be closer than expected.
According to Fightful Select, Alexa Bliss looks to be returning to the road imminently, though we arent sure when shes expected to be used.
This update follows reports from PWInsider that Bliss was backstage at tonights SmackDown in Dayton, Ohio. Despite being at the Nutter Center, there was no indication that she would appear on camera. With the Backlash premium live event just days away, fans are eager to see if WWE will finally pull the trigger on her long-rumored return.
Bliss hasnt been seen on WWE television since her brief Royal Rumble appearance in January, where she teased a connection with Bray Wyatts eerie Wyatt Sicks faction. WWE creative reportedly had plans for Bliss to lead the Wyatt Sicks alongside Bo Dallas Uncle Howdy character, but those plans were put on hold after Dallas suffered an injury.
Despite the delay, sources previously said that Bliss is still locked in as a major player in the storyline and is simply waiting for creative to give her the green light. The 31-year-old was also spotted at WrestleMania 41 weekend in Las Vegas, participating in events and interacting with fans, further fueling speculation about her return.
Bliss recently signed a new WWE contract earlier this year and has posted cryptic messages on social media, hinting at her status. With her reportedly back on the road, the question now is whether WWE is preparing to bring her back into the fold or keeping her on standby for the right storyline.
Will Alexa Bliss finally step back into the ring and reclaim her spot in WWE, or will the Wyatt Sicks storyline continue to be delayed? Let us know what you think in the comments below!
